Obituary of Sylvia L. Itkin

Passed away on July 7, 2017, at the age of 85. Predeceased by her first husband, Sam Itkin; parents, David and Anna Goldstein; and sister, Harriet Bleier. Survived by her daughters, Marilyn (Dr. Mark) Waltzer and Lisa (Will) Lewis; grandchildren, Samuel Waltzer, Esq., Dr. Rachel Waltzer, Melissa Lewis and Daniel Lewis; sister, Ruth Weiss; husband, William Rapkin; step-daughter, Lisa Grant; many nieces, nephews and dear friends, especially her colleagues at The Jewish Home of Rochester. 

Funeral Services will be held SUNDAY, July 9, 2017 at Brighton Memorial Chapel (3325 Winton Road South, 14623) at 11:00 AM. 

Interment, Mt. Hope Cemetery. 

The family will sit Shiva on SUNDAY from 7:30 - 9 PM at St. John's Meadows (1 Johnsarbor Drive, 14620).
